...when
the library no longer places your requested books on the hold shelf. But instead, place the stack on a specially assigned spot on their desk...expecting my arrival at 'any' moment.
(I had to laugh when I saw it. It took 3 kids and myself to carry them back to car the LOL)
A boy were they HEAVY!
